About Lou
Lou Spivack has been a highly respected member of the Arizona and Federal Bars for over 30 years receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona in 1983. From November 1983 to September 2010 he was employed as a State Prosecutor for the Pima County Attorney’s Office trying close to 300 Felony cases, a number only a few attorneys in the State of Arizona have accomplished. He has had stints as a Judge Pro Tem with Tucson City Court and has lectured on various topics of law and procedure locally, state wide and nationally for the National College of District Attorneys. In 2010 he joined the Collection Law Firm BLLG, to manage their Litigation Department.
Our Firm
In 2014, Lou Spivack P.C. was founded specializing in Debt Collection, Landlord Tenant and Criminal Matters. Currently the firm represents Collection Agencies, Property Management Companies, Banks, Local and out of state businesses or anyone who needs assistance to recover past due receivables.
Mr. Spivack is well versed in Retail, and Commercial Collections including both Pre and Post Judgment Recovery.

- Past Board member of ABC – Attorneys Benefiting Children, a non-profit organization who raises money for families in need, and is actively involved with Aviva Children’s Home and the Tucson Museum of Art.
Non-Legal Side of Lou
When not trying to collect money for his clients, or defend those charged with criminal offenses, Lou enjoys the outdoors. Everything from hiking the Grand Canyon, to rock climbing on Mt. Lemmon, Lou enjoys it all. He is a passionate soccer fan. Lou and his wife Patricia have traveled extensively to watch matches, both here and abroad. During his travels, Lou has developed a passion for food that remains to this day. Together, Lou and Patricia have 4 sons.
